Timeless Design Builders is right in the heart of the Pequot Lakes in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

Timeless Design Builders has the Design/Build experience to handle all of your building needs. We are certified to handle lead paint (All contractors performing renovation, repair, or painting in homes built before 1978 must follow lead-safe work practice requirements, as well as be certified to do so). Timeless is also experienced in mold remediation and one of the few contractors in the state that is MN Green Star Certified. Sam Salfisberg

Sam attended Pequot Lakes High School a couple decades ago and moved away his senior year to the Twin Cities. He moved back to the Brainerd Lakes area in 2000 to start a construction business. He wanted his daughter to grow up with same family values as he himself had grown up with...and we may as well factor in that the traffic in the Twin Cities was driving him insane.

When Sam isn't involved in various volunteer projects with the Pequot Lakes-Breezy Point Lions or Habitat for Humanity, he manages to fit in hunting and fishing...no matter what his wife has planned.

Bob Salfisberg

Bob and Sam founded the company together in the tumultuous spring of 1998. Bob loves to be a part of making his client's visions come to life. He's the first one on the job site and the last to leave to ensure your project gets done right, the first time. Having a workaholic working on your job is not such a bad thing...

When he's not working, you can find him hunting area woods or fishing local lakes...except when he's with his wife, Betty. On second thought, she's probably out there with him.
